Since 1983 Verna Johnson has helped her students rediscover their body’s natural poise, movement, and strength through the Alexander Technique, bringing a sense of ease and well-being to their professional and personal lives.
Verna was an assistant teacher at the Toronto School of the Alexander Technique (1992-99). Today Verna conducts classes at her Bloor Annex studio in Toronto. Verna’s vibrant personality, generous nature, and passion for the Alexander Technique, has earned her a devoted group of students. Many of her first students from 25 years ago continue to take lessons with her to this day.
